Once an order is processed or an event is staged, we do not offer returns or adjustments for elements that fall outside the scope of the original agreement.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the personalised and often perishable nature of our inventory, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or stylistic preferences not communicated during the booking phase.

  • Our Guarantee: In the exceptional circumstance that a clerical error or oversight is made on our part, we are committed to finding a fair resolution. At our sole discretion, this may include a credit for future services or a partial refund.
